Plans need people. People need plans.
Jugnuu is where the two find each other — travellers, weekend explorers, anyone who loves a good plan.
The shift

People are getting out more than ever, with women leading the surge. But what holds most of us back isn't money or time — it's not having the right people to go with. And for women, safety stays the first thought: around 7 in 10 put it above everything else.
What we saw on the road
We've travelled solo and crossed paths with all kinds of people — digital nomads, backpackers, fellow solo travellers. We've also lived the other side of it: new jobs in Bengaluru and Delhi, free weekends, and barely anyone to share them with.
It was the same gap everywhere. The urge to get out and explore kept growing — but finding the right people to actually do it with never got any easier.
Why nothing fit
The only ones that show people nearby — pointed at the wrong thing entirely.
Names with no faces, and half of them have already moved on.
Built for "where should I go," not "who near me is up for this, today."
For travellers, the closest thing — lovely, until you check out. The people are tied to the building, not to you or your plan.
“A good plan is better shared. Finding the people to share it with shouldn't be the hard part.”
What we're building
Jugnuu is our take on jugnu, the Hindi word for firefly, the little light that helps you find your way, and your people.
That's Jugnuu, where a good plan always finds its people.
We're building it now.
